TailorResume is an AI-powered platform designed to help users optimize their resumes for specific job descriptions. Our services include keyword extraction, terminology alignment, and ATS-optimized document generation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• Trial Periods: We may offer free trials. Upon expiration of the trial, you may be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any resumes, job descriptions, or other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security-related features of the Service.

7. AI Processing and Accuracy

You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process data and generate suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific job application. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the Service before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TailorResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TailorResume harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Global Compliance and User Responsibility

The Service is controlled and operated from the United Arab Emirates. While we aim to comply with major global data standards (including GDPR and CCPA), we make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
